This delicious raw vegan treat can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. You can serve it alone, with granola and/or fruit, in a smoothie as a dairy yogurt replacement, or in a crepe topped with fruit.
- 2 Young Thai coconuts
- 1/3c Soaked Cashews
- 1/2c Coconut Water
- 1Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1tsp Probiotic Powder
- 1Tbs Raw Honey
Fruit:
- Bananas
- Organic Strawberries
Instruction:
- Mix all in a vitamix or high powered blender until smooth. Poor in glass bowl cover with cheesecloth and place into a dark cool place to culture for 24hrs or place in a dehydrator @115 for 3hrs. Refridgerate when done.
- When ready to serve, layer fruit and yogurt in a bowl and enjoy!
