Transitional Meal Monday: Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

IMG_4306 This weeks transitional meal is so good it doesn’t need to be mixed with anything cooked. These Cauliflower bites are all raw, prepared in a dehydrator so it retains all its nutritional content and enzymes, and served with a side of blue cheeze cashew sauce and celery sticks.

Ingredients:

Batter~

Brazil Nut Flour
Almond Milk (or any nut milk)
Powders:
Coriander
Cumin
Smoked Paprika
Onion
Garlic
Onion
Himalayan Salt
Pepper
Nutritional Yeast

Buffalo Sauce~

Sun-dried Tomato
Red Onion
Apple Cider Vinegar
Garlic
Peppers:
Habanero
Chipotle
Red
Cayenne(powder)
Himalayan Salt
Raw Honey
Olive Oil
