Raw Vegan: Vanilla Cream Frosting

DSCN3150 A delicious alternative to refined sugar, dye, and chemically filled, non nutrient based store bought frosting. Not only is this sweet treat tasty it comes with great health benefits from it too. This frosting contains a healthy dose of fiber, vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients, and antioxidants, along with anit-viral and anti-bacterial properties. You can’t get those benefits from basic store frosting. This recipe can be used on raw and baked cakes and desserts.


  • 11/2C Cashews
  • 11/2Tsp Vanilla Bean or Extract
  • Pinch  Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1T Lemon Juice
  • 1/4C Coconut Water
  • 2T Raw Honey
  • 2T Coconut Oil


  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour frosting in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use
